In washing machines in machine shops we are retrofitting Electric Heaters by Gas Heating Elements, as a result, we are getting a more uniform temperature of the water and solution in the washing machine, which in turn is helping in reducing the processing time for cleaning of the machined parts, and also we are able to save up to 40% in energy cost, the payback of these systems are less than 1 year.
