REGEN® Burners

REGEN Series of Regenerative Burners increases the thermal efficiency of an industrial furnace by increasing the heat recovery from flue gases. The heat recovery is much higher than that achieved by recuperators. Additionally, these burners help in reducing fuel consumption and lowering operational costs.

Self Recuperative Burner

Self Recuperative Burners preheat combustion air using flue gas heat, reducing fuel consumption and emissions by up to 30%. Featuring a durable Silicon Carbide heat exchanger, they are ideal for space-limited heat treatment furnaces and operate in Pulse firing Mode (ON/OFF Control).

Iron & Steel Making

Encon uses modern iron and steel making process. Iron ore is mixed with coke and heated to form an iron-rich clinker called ‘sinter’. Sintering is an important part of the overall process as it reduces waste and provides an efficient raw material for iron making. This process boosts productivity and ensures high-quality steel.

RAD Heat Gas Elements

RAD Heat Gas Elements is an innovative heating technology developed by Encon Thermal Engineers. RAD Heat Gas Elements uses electromagnetic Infrared waves to transfer heat. Heat is generated by burning gas inside tubes of 3-4 inch diameter and the tubes radiates the heat energy.
